Can you move into a smaller apartment within the same apartment complex? - how to move to a different apartment in the same complex
I'm just a lease with two other people for the apartment I am currently living in. I can only go to a smaller apartment in the same apartment complex, leasing, without subscription?
In other words, would I move to another drive only, the other two in the contract would remain in the apartment. I just want to be moving to another device in the same apartment complex. Can I do this without stopping to sign the lease?

It all depends on what makes the owner. Since your name on the lease and he wants to leave too early, they are technically breaking the lease, but if you have a good tenant and 2 other guys who are in their original drive and behave more credit - The landlord is likely to be well worth with the amended terms of the lease.
Whatever you do, eighth, however, that if you move your unit your name is removed from the site. Otherwise, the two other device or cause damage to the owner to leave his money and be a part if it does not take full responsibility for fixing the mess.
Ya, why not. Ask management if you can, if the tenant should be no problem in good shape.
