It is a dwarf and his parents do not really care about him, so practically lives with his girlfriend. The film begins with them on a dock, and the dwarf is holding his breath under water. He wants to grope their breasts pretty girls in his boat. Later, he played baseball and hits (from his friend,) the above, the mother in the temple, killing him instantly.
