Ive uncontrolably things to eat, but I can not help it.I thought if I have a good plan, i wouldnt it.any ideas, eh?

Do not leave your house or stop doing the activities they do when you eat.
Realize - almost everyone likes to eat because it feels good, but if you continue to make you feel awful!
It is a matter of discipline and choice. You can choose to be different and better, or you'll pay for it. In addition, the older you get, the harder it is to change.
Take advantage of this --
2-3 servings of healthy proteins (chicken, lean meats, etc.)
3 servings of bread
Lots of fruits and vegetables as you want
2 max sweets and fats - which means that the bag (one serving or less,) a small number of chips, or half a bag of sweets
- Drink lots of water
- Cut out the soda, Gatorade, and most of the juice
You can do it! And outside (biking go, going to a park, your parents' place in the gym ... karate or something!)
